Orders and delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer free express shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, with no minimum spend. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Your order ships within 1 business day and arrives in 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas, customs or carrier delays may take longer. See our shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it anytime on our Track my order page with your order number and email.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Applicable taxes and any duties we collect are shown at checkout. Free shipping covers delivery, not government import charges: if duties are not collected at checkout, your local customs office may charge them depending on your country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@camillejane.shop as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We do our best to help before dispatch.
Returns and exchanges
What is your 60-day return promise?
You have 60 days from delivery to request a free return. Try your pieces on at home; for a change-of-mind return, keep them unworn beyond trying on, unwashed and with tags attached. We send you a prepaid label or another free return method. Sale items are included. Read our return policy.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Email support@camillejane.shop: we arrange a free return and help you order the right size, subject to availability.
When will I get my refund?
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or proof that you sent it back. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Denim
How do I choose my jeans size?
Sculpt Mid-Rise Jeans come in sizes 24–32. BBL Curve Wide-Leg Jeans come in sizes 24–32 too. Open the size guide on each product page; between two sizes, choose the larger one. Need a hand? Email support@camillejane.shop.
Are the jeans stretchy?
Yes. Both fits use soft stretch denim that gives through the waist and hips as you move, while holding its shape all day. They feel more flexible than rigid denim.
How do I keep my jeans looking their best?
Follow the care label on your pair. Wash inside out with similar colors, avoid bleach and air dry to protect the wash and the stretch.
Fleece-lined tights
Which tights size should I choose?
Tights fit by weight: XS/S 88–140 lb (40–63 kg), M/L 130–185 lb (59–84 kg), L/XL 175–220 lb (79–100 kg), 2XL/3XL 215–300 lb (98–136 kg). Between two sizes, or if you’re 5’8” (173 cm) or taller, choose the larger one.
Can you see the fleece from the outside?
No. The fleece stays inside. On the outside, the skin-tone knit looks like bare legs, with a soft matte finish that blurs cellulite and stretch marks. Choose the shade closest to your skin: Vanilla, Tan, Bronze or Espresso.
Does the waistband roll down?
No. The waistband is high, wide and ribbed: it sits above your belly button, smooths your tummy like light shapewear and stays flat, even when you sit all day.
How do I care for my tights?
Wash at 30°C (86°F) by hand or on a delicate cycle in a mesh bag. No bleach, no fabric softener. Hang or lay flat to dry, away from direct sun and radiators. Never tumble dry.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add three pieces to your bag, denim or tights, mix and match as you like: one of them is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout during the Halloween Sale.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is encrypted and processed by Shopify and its payment partners: we never see your card details. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
